Sinful fudgy brownies

So what do you do when you feel like procrastinating the thing that you are supposed to do, well, you procrastinate and then proceed to hide your guilt in a nice warm fudgy brownie, because chocolate is the universal solution to most of our problems!:) Hence when Sweta shared this recipe borrowed from laurainthekitchen series, I made a few changes to it and there it was a sinful delectable dessert that goes very well with a scoop of vanilla icecream!
The ingredients required to make the fudgy brownies
10 tablespoons/ a little more than half a cup) of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
more than half cup of melted Chocolate
1 Cup of Sugar
2 tsp of Vanilla essence
¼ tsp of Salt
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of warm Water
1 tsp of Bru instant coffee powder
2/3 Cup of maida/ All Purpose Flour

Preheat oven to 170 deg C. Prepare your cake pan by greasing it with some oil/ butter and line it with a parchment paper
In a small cup mix together the warm water with the Bru coffee powder. In another large bowl whisk together the sugar and butter until this mix becomes fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and bru water mix. Beat this all until all is completely combined. Add the melted chocolate and whisk.
In another bowl mix the maida with salt and cocoa powder. Add this to the butter-sugar-melted chocolate mix and fold until the flour is completely absorbed. Pour this batter into your greased cake pan and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. Do the toothpick check to see if the brownie is baked. Cool then cut into bars and serve. Goes extremely well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
